[Members - click here] Some quick fun pool shots of my seriously cute hubby, Roger - the Bear of the North. He had a day off so instead of running around town or seeing friends, we decided to stay in and just spend some alone time together. Roger was looking just too cute with his new haircut so I grabbed my camera and snapped a bunch of fun shots, a bit of handcuff action too, over 125 shots in all.

Roger has been working a lot lately. He's the cook at a private nursing home. However he now has 3 weeks off, and Roger 'n I have decided were going to take some more interesting shots, so keep an eye out for some more shots of Roger, hopefully more bondage (how ever did all that rope get around you). Roger is looking mighty fine, and since he's turned 50 he's found a new lease on life. So for the month of August, we'll be focusing a lot of our attention on getting some interesting shots of the hubster.

Over the past while I've been heading over to the Woof Bistro & Bar (website - articles) in Montreal (Wiki) to do some filming and participating. I myself don't drink, but that doesn't stop me from going and having a good time: they also have food and they make a mean Virgin Caesar.

I filmed the first Bear contest ever in our wonderfully culturally diverse city ~ 'Monsieur Bear Montréal' '08 (video) with Robert Pettigrew taking the title and my cutest hubby on the planet, Roger (galleries ~ profile) came runner up (I am seriously proud of Roger for competing and having fun - video from the aftermath and afterthoughts of the contest). We even livestreamed the event on TubeBear. We've attended their Bearotic - a party they have once a month. We've eaten there, we've met up with friends there, and we even held our memorial party for our friend Jacques aka PandaMontreal there (video - an event hosted by UpBear (website - profile). And right now, with summer in full swing, you can hang out on the patio since the main drag - Ste. Catherine street - is open to pedestrians allowing shops and restaurants to extend their goods.

So all this time I've been filming stuff here and there, and I decided to put together this 7 minute video for Paul (profile), the shop owner of the Woof Bar & Bistro. Turn it up if you like Madonna vs. ABBA (a remix by Offer Nissim).

When Dave and I first spoke about doing some photos together for the gallery section of PlanetBears, he asked me - "do I have to do nudes?"... and I said "it's up to you...", so Dave decided that this being a 1st time for him to be photographed, he'll wait. And you know, he's a tease, heheh, these photos we took are very teasing. However, he's ubernatiously cute and I really liked working with him. Actually it would be fun to see Dave in a Bear spy flick :)

'Ho ho ho... have you been a slutty little Bear this year...' Santa asks as you sit on his lap and feel his present pop up. Well Steve and Hugo ~ the Dungeon Bears ~ believe we all should receive a little gift for this Xmas, so head on over to their site and check out a little movie they added on their site for free entitled 'A Dungeon Bears Christmas Card'. Roger's Nature Walk on YouTube (channel BearGhetti): "There is something that I have come to truly admire about Roger is his love for nature. I haven't met anyone else like him who is able to find the miracle in things that most people consider common. A simple nature walk becomes a glimpse into paradise".

This year I (Forrest - profile) dabbled into movie making. I have been working with Roger (galleries - profile) as well as a few others and what I've come to realize is I now fully appreciate the amount of work that goes into making a movie.

The hardest part for me is the editing. Writing the story and filming it is of course a lot of work, but it's the editing ~ sitting down and spending the whole day streaming the movie together into a coherent whole. I could work 12 hours on it and be lucky if I've completed a minute... or two (miracles of miracles). Of course I've never taken courses on movie making so it's a lot of learning, still... I think 'editor' should be the final credit seen at the end of a movie, not 'director'.

This section of Roger walking in the woods is a segment to a larger project. I am trying to work on this project as much as I can, but it's just trying to find the time. My goal for '09 is to work as much as I can and with a wing and a prayer, complete something for production.

Please let me know what you think of this 5 minute short of Roger in the woods. I think Roger has such a beautiful innocence about him that it instantly appears on camera.

It's very simple - just make something incredible - you have 720x90 pixels (example) to play with for the banner and 250x250 pixels (example) for the logo. It must be in either .JPG, .GIF or .SWF (Flash) format.

This is a contest so the winner will get $100 as well as a lifetime membership to the PlanetBears Gallery and Video section. However ~ all those who send something in will get a year membership to the site, so just by participating you're going to win something (note: your work needs to be approved first).

This contest will run until the middle of August 2008. Send all entries via email or use the contact form. You can apply as many times as you like.

I am going to look for some sponsors as well so maybe I'll be able to give away some DVDs too. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate (or the legal age within your district).

John who's out in Sydney, Australia of JOHNcc swimwear (website - TubeBear profile - articles) is informing us that he has recently put up a few video stills on his YouTube page. You can see them here.

I have to say that my partner Roger (website - TubeBear profile - galleries) has a pair of Spanks and he wears them every time we go to the pool at the gym. They truly show off his magnificently big beefy husky legs. Actually we made a couple of short little videos with Roger in his Spanks. I was going through my files and realized that I didn't add these 2 videos, so here ya go. James is this super cute rugby playing Bear with big blue eyes and he stayed with me one weekend and the product was some really great pictures of this handsome young man. James had done several photo shoots for BearBound prior to working with me, so it was only fitting that we do a bondage set, and these videos compliment that set very well. I discovered he has a wonderful laugh when I was tickling his stocky feet.

GimpBear (gallery) came to me wanting to do a photo shoot however he wanted to keep his identity a secret. I had already done a photoshoot with another cute guy who wanted to remain anonymous, and that was with BearX (gallery). However with BearX, he just wanted his feet photographed, but GimpBear was more interested in full body shots. So out came the mask and in no time we took a bunch of photos. Now the more we went along in our photo shoot, the more I realized the kinkier side to GimpBear. So out came the leather, the handcuffs and the rope and we tied him pretty good, including his toes. GimpBear has a great Bearish body and he's also truly cute, however sworn to secrecy his identity shall forever remain classified. Now just as a note: these pictures are a few years old however I have never added them to PlanetBears so they are new to this site. Also you will still see them all in 1600x1200 pixels just like all the other photos in the galleries. 

You need a membership in order to view these pictures, however a membership gives you access to all the galleries including all the videos.

[Members click here] Hope you are having a good weekend. This is the 3rd installment of the 'lost Frank video files'. I've explained already how these video clips were lost and then found in article #1 and article #2 so there's no need to explain all that again.

In today's update, Frank grabs deeper into his bag of goodies to produce even more interesting things that we attach to his body. You also get to see Frank in his black leather boots and harness. Frank has a really cute Bearish body and such a cute face to go with it. So members visit the Video Clips section and grab the latest video (you need a membership which also gives you access to thousands of pictures in the Gallery section). [Members click here] This is the 2nd installment to 'Frank - The Lost Videos'... altho in the title it says #3. Well last week (article here), I added video #1. Today I added #3, and on Friday, February 15th (in a couple of days), I will add #4 (I will #2 at a later date). There's around 10 videos or so, however it all depends since some of the qualities of some of them is a little... well... dark which is unfortunate. I've been editing the best I can without trying to lose any of the resolution.

In the next following updates, Frank is going through his bag of goodies, pulling out some of his toys he brought with him. He also slowly gets dressed into some leather, cowboy boots, dress shoes, harness. Frank is hot, plain and simple (gallery - TubeBear profile).

Now as I was editing this video, I decided to omit the audio track. Why? Because essentially the whole time Frank and I are having a conversation which takes away from the whole erotic part of watching Frank. It was the 1st time for both of us - 1st time I was filming a very hot Bear and his 1st time being filmed, so we did a lot of rambling, cracking some dumb jokes, etc. I was listening to it and going - this is just silly - and when I watched it without the voices, it was much much cooler. Now if I get a lot of email requests asking me to keep the conversation in, I guess I will, but for now, I like the video as is - without voices, without cheesy porn music - just Frank, his hot body and his super cute smile.

[Members: click here for Frank's new video] Many years ago, the very handsome and soft-speaking Frank (gallery - TubeBear profile) from New Jersey came up to stay with me for about a week and during that time we created some really great photos sets. Well, during his stay we also made some videos. This was 2002 and I had just bought an Hitachi DVDCam - it was the latest and greatest thing. You filmed directly onto these mini DVDs. It was tres cool.

So what happens when a Wolf and a Bear get together and they have a DVDCam? Since I dig Bears in leather and in bondage, there is plenty of that. But I also like Bear's feet, their legs, so there's that as well... there's plenty of goodness for everyone's tastes, I'm sure. Frank is very cute and easy going, he's also very easy on the eye so you'll definitely get a kick and a jolt out of these new videos.

Getting back to my story ~ after the week was up and Frank went back to New Jersey, I was left with the mini DVDs and the job to extract the videos from these DVDs. Interestingly enough, the camera did not come with any editing software when I bought it. Thinking I was smart however, I began to search online in hopes to find something that would help me extract these videos. This being 2002, there was actually very little to nothing on the net that assisted me in figuring out what to do with these mini DVDs. I spent hours and hours searching and trying to figure out how to extract but all my searches came up empty. Either I am not the brightest little star in the sky or I was searching in the wrong areas, yet I just gave up on figuring out how to extract from these little DVDs and figured I'll just never be able to make any videos from them.

Fast forward to 2008 ~ I'm cleaning out my closets (sounds like a song...)... and I come accross these old mini DVDs. They stare back at me like they are challenging me, so without a blink of an eye I grab one, stick it into my computer, and in about 10 minutes I figure out how to extract the files from these DVDs. I think it's just easier now to grab files from DVDs than it was way back when, but whatever the case is, I have a bunch of little videos of Frank that have never been seen before.

In the next little while, I'm going to make these videos available. I made one today and members - just go to the Video Clips page and grab the download. Soon you will be able to view these videos in your browser, much like you watch videos on YouTube, but for now, you have to download them... besides the resolution is much better when you download.
