Seattle Eagle in conjunction with BigMuscleBears are inviting you to join them for the 'BMB Goes Bare' (poster) which will be taking place on December 27th. All drinks are $1 if you take your shirt off and if you're a member with BMB, then there's no cover. Looks like a good time and they are giving away prizes as well (like an iPod... I can use one of those). The Seattle Eagle is located at Pike Street.

About a month ago, I mentioned that Bigg Nugg (website - MySpace page - TubeBear profile - articles) and his compatriots were gearing up for their upcoming Unity Tour. This show is about to kick off in a couple of weeks.
Now Bigg Nugg is stating that he and his troops are in need for some fuel sponsorship money. They need to raise $500 so they can make their Seattle and San Francisco show a reality. If you would like to promote them, email Bigg Nugg or contact him by calling (877) 497-3762 (extension 1). It's even better if you can make their show. Check out this promo video (and a little PS here - Bigg Nugg signs his emails as Nugget... now that is just too cute... and Bigg Nugg is a truly cute Bear Cub Snuggly Nugget... ok I will now stop with the cutesy stuff).

The Bearatones is a group of good looking Bearish gents who all happen to have a great voice. They have stated on their site that they are getting together in Seattle to create their very 1st CD and for now you can hear a couple of their tunes on their MySpace page. Here are some pics of them as a group and here are some mug shots of these adorable musicians.
The following is from their site: "The Bearatones were originally formed in 1996 in Salt Lake City by Tony Gilkinson. Tony put together a new group of singers in Seattle in 1998 where the group performed at a few events for the Northwest Bears. After a 5 year hiatus, Tony reformed the group in August 2004 and this incarnation has been performing around Seattle ever since. The Bearatones are a group of guys who love to sing about the Bear community and the beautiful men in it. Their songs range from the silly to the sublime and all have their own Bear twist to them. The Bearatones made their feature film debut in 2005 when they recorded 'Exit 5 Rest Stop' for the movie Creatures from the Pink Lagoon".

There's new pics to be seen over at ButchBear.com as their newest featured model is Ross Taylor who epitomizes fur, tan, muscles and Daddy. And you can also see Ross Taylor in Butch Bear's latest DVD Tap Out (full cover image here). Here's a description they sent in: "Based on the wrestling entertainment industry, masculine muscle mayhem rules as the men of Muscle Wrestling Entertainment (MWE) thrill a crowd of horny, cigar-smoking tough customers who cheer for these modern-day gladiators in no-holds-barred matches. 'Tap Out' to survive and submit to the aggressive sexual will of the winner. Tap in to the behind-the- scenes, crusty, hard-body action of the MWE, as a shady promoter takes and gets what he deserves".
There are also planning release parties for 'Tap Out' around the country in major cities beginning at the Eagle in June 30th in Los Angeles, CA. Other release parties will happen in NYC, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle and Provincetown throughout the summer.

Meet the Bearatones: Aaron, Bill, Jonathan, Mike, Paul, Phil, Steve, TJ, Tony & Junior.
From their site: "We are a group of guys who love to sing about the Bear community and the beautiful men in it. Our songs range from the silly to the sublime and all have our own Bear twist to them. We are based in Seattle and are looking forward to performing around the country and hopefully internationally in the near future. Some of us are single and available, some are married, and some are married and available - you'll have to figure out who's who".
And from what I see, they have plans on hitting the studio to record their 1st CD. I wish I had an MP3 to share from these guys but... sniff... I don't, so you're just going to have to do like me and pretend you hear these handsome men singing to you in your head. I also believe in the tooth fairy.
