I realize what my job title should be ~ 'linker'. I get up in the morning, get on the net, check sites, and post links. Been doing it since '99... so now when people ask me what I do, I will tell them 'I... link...!".

That being said, I have mentioned my fair share of AOL Hometown sites. Seems that a lot of Bears like AOL and they had their cute little homepages with pics of their hubby and their cats... however Hometown is no more. Not that it's a big deal, just thought I would mention it. When you go to an AOL homepage site, it brings you to this Blog page with this "We're sorry to inform you that as of October 31st '08, AOL Hometown was shut down permanently. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sincerely, The AOL Hometown Team". Reading the comments, it sounds like AOL didn't gave little or no warning. Bye bye to all them little Bear sites with their pics of their hubbies and the pussies.
