BearFilms have sent us some pics from their most recent photo shoot. The model's name is Erik Burton from Riverview, Florida. He's 42, 5'11'' tall and weighs 275 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. From Eric: "I love men that are muscular, athletic or solidly built. He should be masculine and confident even if he is in a submissive role". "The Bears of Central Florida’s Bear Bust Committee has been working hard to make this another great celebration of Bears and their Admirers! This is the 17th year that our event has been held. We have done our best to listen to all of the great suggestions that have been sent to us and hope we have made the improvements needed for everyone to have as much fun as possible! This year's theme of 'OctoBearBust' has given us the opportunity to think in new ways about what we wanted to do with the weekend. Chubs in Paradise is around the corner and today is I believe the last day you can get tickets to their event. This is taking place from July 17th thru the 19th in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, FL. Check out who's going and see pics taken from this event last year.

Project Big is one of the sponsors and BearBob1952 (profile) has informed me that they will be putting on a fashion show at the pool party. Now since this is a clothing optional pool party, the models will actually be putting their clothes on instead of taking them off. It's a new concept to catwalking the runway.

Time to download the latest BearPodCast show hosted by 'The Nard' (TubeBear profile). The most recent show is #186 and Nard talks about 2 new Bear podcast shows - Cubs Out Loud and BearGeek and he also has an interview with the highly adorable Florida Daddy Bear known by everyone as Bob (TubeBear profile). Bob talks about how we all need to get to Florida at some point (it's true, I went, I've never been the same) and he also talks about a new line of clothing made especially with the larger huskier man in mind. This new line of clothes is called Project Big and it's worth checking out the site just to see the models (see some of the pics they sent us here). Swimwear, shorts, shirts, jocks, singlets and underwear, up to 4XL and from the interview Bob said they will even make custom sized wears for any of you guys. It's a fun podcast (Bob has a sexy voice) so go grab it, and go pick up some clothes for the big man in your life, even if that big man is yourself.

So I'm walking my dogs this morning and I'm on my cell with my mother and she's like "have you heard about that politician getting busted in the washroom?" and I reply "yes, he's this husky Bear republican out in Florida and now he's being accused of being a racist", and she replies "hmm... no... this guy is skinny senator and he's from Idaho". His name is Senator Larry Craig and he's definitely not a Bear - here's a picture of him on Wikipedia, here's his mugshot and here's a video statement on YouTube that he is not gay. The thumbnail you see is of Bob Allen, the Florida husky hunk that offered a black officer to blow him (here's the 1st article posted about him with video links. Some pics ~ pic #1 - pic #2 and his mug shot.

Here's the similarities between these 2 politicians - both get caught soliciting male to male sex in a public washroom, both are married with children and both are anti-gay.

The thing that comes to my mind is that - don't live a lie. You wanna suck a willy, just do it. Also - don't condemn the very thing you crave. I truly believe that all gay bashers (may they be physical or verbal gay bashers) are just closet cases.

Lastly - don't go to public washrooms looking for sex. Have these politicians not heard of the internet before?

Freddy Freeman has been doing music in the Bear world for years now, and altho his new website is still under construction, you can go on over to his MySpace page to get more info about this talented husky singer. He has a CD out called 'Break The Silence' which he released in December '06, and from his MySpace page you can listen to a few of the tracks such as 'Free Man' and 'Echo'.

Freddy is also known for creating the ever increasingly popular Bearapalooza (archived article - TubeBear profile) ~ an event which gathers a ton of handsome talented men who put on great live shows. The next upcoming Bearapaloozas will first be at Bear Jam (archived article) in Nashville, TN from September 6th thru the 9th, followed by another show at the Sawmill Campground in Dade City, Florida on October 6th.

Now, make sure to check out Freddy's video on YouTube entitled Sexiful. You'll definitely see a whole other side of Mr. Freeman, I guarantee you that.

Now I remember seeing some great 'cop' pics of Durk, he definitely has that cigar smoking bike cop patrol look, and it's wild to see someone who is so gruff and tough looking on the outside have such talent to draw what he does. The Bears of Central Florida are making plans for their upcoming 10th F.U.R (Florida Ursine Retreat) Weekend which is happening from April 27th thru 29th. From their site: "F.U.R. Weekend is a no frills weekend of food, fun and sharing among Florida Bear Clubs. There are no run fees! We hope to have a turnout from every Bear club in Florida so we can become better organized in the future".

There's Gay Day and there is also Gay Days at Disney World - all of this taking place in Orlando, FL at the beginning of June. Gay Day and Gay Days? I'm confused. However, during all this gay confusion, one of the events that will be taking place is called the Tidal Wave Party for Bears, Cubs, Chubs & Admirers at the Wet 'n Wild on June 1st.
