His nickname is AirUrso, he is known as Urso and here is his site - AirUrso.com. It's a simple site with a few links, yet there's a ton of pics of this handsome Bearish man if you do follow any of those links. There's also a bunch of pics of his partners and other photos he's taken of his equally cute Bearish friends (all of these photos are located on his Flickr page).
Just as an FYI, I had written several articles back in 2002 about Urso on the now defunct bear-pics.com. That's because he had quite a few sites up, such as UrsoDesign and BeardonBeard. These sites no longer exist unfortunately, but there is still one other (non-Bear) site that he still runs since 1998 and that's Expo Museum.

Fur, fur, fur... it's all about the fur...
It's episode 3 with HotFur. Who is HotFur? It's Declan, Kev, and Sean (who was the very cute runner up in 'Britain's Next Bear Model' (articles). In this video, Jonathan Robinson of FunFur.tv (website - YouTube - profile) dresses these 3 gents as construction workers and sneak them onto a building set for a photo shoot. See some photos from this shoot here (pics by Kevin Allsopp ~ Flickr page). Stay tuned because in episode 4, you will get to see HotFur in the rehearsal studios. Are they a musical band? A dancing Bear band? Bears who act? I honestly don't know. We'll all just have to wait and see.

Look what I got in my email...? This drawing is from Simon, the artist for Brute (website - profile). I signed up to his newsletter and now I am going to get these wonderful images every now and then in my inbox. If you sign up too, you'll be getting them as well.
Brute has been mentioned quite a bit on PlanetBears in January (articles), however I never mentioned that there's other places on the net in which you can see more of his work. First there is his Flickr page and then there is also his Yahoo! Groups channel in which you'll find the uncensored versions of his work.

Let us embark into the wonderful world of Eric Nielson's photography. Please seat yourself very comfortably, take in a long and meaningful deep breath... hold it for a second, and then release... repeat... breathe in... breathe out...
Ok, first let's head on over to Eric's official website. Here you will find some of his finest photos he's taken (all conveniently shown thru a slideshow), his contact info (he's in sunny San Francisco), and you'll also find a link to his blog Observd with the byline 'Life in the Castro thru the Lens of TroublePup' (that being his nickname). And finally you'll see a link entitled Bearracuda. Now Bearracuda is a party that takes place in San Francisco the 1st and 3rd Saturday every month at Deco, and Eric is their designated photographer (Bearracuda's website - articles - profile).
Eric is creative with his camera, he's innovating, and his photos are filled with life proving that you can have a blast with photography. Not only that, a lot of the guys he photographs are these incredibly handsome Bearish men smiling genuine smiles. His stuff is erotic, sexy and fun, all at the same time.
Ok... ok... some more of Eric's fine work. Head on over to his Flickr page and you'll discover even more of his excellent shtuff... he truly knows how to frame a guy. So I will leave you with that, and a few words that Eric wrote of himself from his profile on Flickr. Welcome to the wonderful world of Sazuk8 (Flickr page). He's an Italian who has, like me, an admiration for the Bearish man. However, unlike me, he has an incredible talent when it comes to drawing these Bearish men he admires. And from what I can tell from his Flickr page, he also has a flair and a gift for sculpture. Altho there isn't any bio about Sazuk8 on his Flickr page, I do know he's very busy at this time, working diligently at his craft.

TorontoCub's work is kinda like... 'Bear Apocalypse'... it's the end of the world and Bears are the last remaining species left alive as they dwell on a barren world. He has an incredible eye for taking sceneries what most people find ugly and making it incredibly beautiful. Then he superimposes a Bearish man on it, and it's then end of the world... with Bears. All I want to do is listen to some old NIN real loud when I look at his work.

He's a freelance photographer that is into urban exploration of buildings, cities and historical sites... as well as Erotic Bear Imagery. And when he puts them all together, it's poetry on print. Defining what is 'attractive' is... well... impossible, simply because no 2 people have the same taste in men. This being said, Jeff aka STPBear is attractive, plain and simple. Whether or not he turns you on, that's not the issue here... just that STPBear is one of the best looking Bearish models that I have come across.
He did a bit of modeling for BearFilms a few years back (you might remember seeing some photos of him in full leather, a business suit and in baseball gear). However, truth be told, I don't think I have come across any other photo sets since. I even met Jeff briefly when I was on a Bear Voyage cruise back in 2005. A really sweet guy and he's just as cute in person as he is in his photos.
I remember that I would have liked to seen more of STPBear - he's just so cute and cuddly... well lo and behold he has a Flickr page - tons of photos of him. He's also single from what I read, altho he's still very good friends with his ex-lover (another great guy as well).
Also check out his homepage (with some fetish gear photos) and LiveJournal. He's also the moderator to the Bears in Uniforms Yahoo!Group. I don't know if Jeff's Bear modeling days are over... I sure hope not... this man is hotter than Hades when he's fully geared up in leather, all the while he looks equally great in a pair of Speedos.

Everytime I mention GianOrso in the news, a thousand different praise words come to mind, such as; prodigy, excellence, beauty, style, master, professional, Bear goodness (that's 2 words), artistic, incredible... the list of words I can use can go on and on. GianOrso is just one great photographer and the photos he's taken of Bears over the years is just outstanding.
I have been graced simply by knowing this man. He and I have been in communication since '01 when he informed me that he was hoping to get his North American debut... and since then he has been an inspiration to all those who've seen his Bearish photos, making fans from all over the world.
I used to have a bunch of photos he sent me on Bear-Pics, and lately I've been bringing those photos over to PlanetBears. Today I put in almost 400 pics that he has sent me over the years, some you will not see anywhere else (and I'm also hoping he'll send more in the future).

I remember the first 'search'-like engine when I was in university... back in '93 or so. It was called Archie (taken from the comics, dunno why). I wasn't very good at using Archie, nor understanding it. The net was without pictures back in those days... but then... I saw pictures on the net with NetScape... and then... there were some great search engines that sprung, like WebCrawler and Yahoo! (and I remember we used to have discussions on which site was better and would last... we all thought WebCrawler would be king... oh were we wrong)... then Google took over the planet... now Cuil is squeezing it's way in (...?). Probably not, who knows.
Ok, why am I talking about the history of the 'Search'? Because search is what the net is all about. Just try and imagine how much time you spend 'searching' for stuff on the net. With the net getting bigger by the nanosecond, it's both easier as well as harder to find what you're looking for.
And sometimes, it's never obvious... sometimes, new words or concepts sprung up as well, and we gotta follow these trends or be left behind. Take a great site like Flickr, you can spend all day browsing for 'more Bear photos'... but sometimes... it's the keywords and tags that are most important.
I like a new tag that I found... it's called 'DadSafari'. Not sure how long this word has been around nor who started it, yet it's comprised of photos of Bearish Dads... but it seems that these guys do not know their photo was taken. Ah the net is a voyeur's heaven, don't you find? Check it out, also check out the guys who've been posting their photos with this tag and you'll find even more Bearish photos... and if you find any cool 'search' tags, let me know... it's fun to follow the trend sometimes, even begin 'em.
ps - unrerated... whenever I goto Flickr, I'm always reminded of a 1999 movie called Election starring Reese Witherspoon as Tracy Flick. She made cupcakes with her name on it but the letters were capitalized, so it looked like FLICK... which of course looks like FUCK... I wonder if Flickr saw that movie as well.

It's been awhile since we featured a Bear here at TubeBear - it's not because there hasn't been a bunch of good looking guys signing - on the contrary - there's so many husky hunky men adding their profiles that it's no longer easy to decide on who to feature.
Today I chose to feature Brian. His online nick is BrianBearCO and you can check out his TubeBear profile right here. Brian is this truly good looking husky guy and it's hard to believe he's a year younger than me (he's 39, I'm 40). The other day I wrote an article about Neil Bruce and since then I have been in correspondence with him and have gotten some of my facts straightened out.
Firstly, about his website Bearoticart, I mentioned that it hadn't been updated in a long time. Neil mentioned that he is now working with a designer and his new site should be up by the end of the month. As well - at the end of the month - on October 20th and the 21st, Neil will be having his work displayed at The Gay Erotic Expo.
