The great thing about the net is meeting new people - so for all of you new visitors, welcome to PlanetBears. I'm Bob who runs PlanetBears, and Roger is my incredible partner (in our 4th year - I am truly a blessed man). Here's a recent pic.

Roger is a chef and a king pastry maker (a trade he's been perfecting for 30 years), while I work on the net. PlanetBears is our Bear news site, TubeBear is our free chat and livestreaming site, and we have just opened up Bear-Pics - version 2010 - which is an incredible site, something unlike anything else on the net right now. Built by my partner, AdminBear, Bear-Pics is a credit machine.

Bear-Pics is a super ez site as well - nothing complicated about it. You sign up (for free), and you create a profile - username/password/email - that's it. Once you do that, you get 20 credits. It takes 1 credit to see 1 pic. In order to get more pics, create your own galleries, add your pics, and for every pic we approve, you will get an additional 10 credits added to your sum. After that, every time someone looks at your picture, you will get an additional credit.

Here's an example: I created a gallery of Roger and I when we went for a nature walk with the pups, Drako 'n Sasha. Ok so maybe it's not the most exciting gallery I have ever put up, but this is to show you - you can put up any kind of gallery. You can have quiet nature shots like the ones I posted, or you can put up adult content. It's a Bear site, so anything legal goes, and again, since it a Bear site, I'm really hoping to see older guys put up their pics, because our motto at Bear-Pics is: the older the better.

So join, look around, and add some pics and you'll get more credits. And for those who don't have pics or aren't sure, we have a couple of payment plans that are very respectable - $9.99 for a month unlimited credit or $10.00 get 1000 credits and use them without any time constraint.

And - I've been testing the site, and honestly, just add a few pics, and you'll get some credit, and add a few more, get some more, and you'll notice that racking up the credit can actually be fun.

Back online. I have been spending a lot of time up north with Roger at the cottage (that's Roger's backside in this photo, with Drako), and we've been up here working at fixing up this place. It's a home he inherited from his aunt back in 2006, and ever since then he's been doing major renovations to it. And even better news for me, I am online. We finally have high-speed here (it's dsl and it's great) which means I am able to work from the cottage as well.

A lot of my focus is on our brother site - Bear-Pics.com - and I'm hoping that I'll be seeing a lot of you great looking men to send in your pics. Bear-Pics is something you have to check out because there's just nothing quite like it on the internet. My buddy AdminBear really knocked himself out creating this site - it's going to change the face of the Bear universe. Logon, it's fun.

I have some real good news. I have finished Episode II from an internet web series that I've been working on for awhile now. The series is called THC ~ 'The Horsemen Chronicles' - and this episode is entitled 'In The Forest'. There's a lot more of Roger, Gary, Drako, Sasha and even me - Bob. It's shy 40 minutes long and I'm really hoping you all will like it.

I want to have a little fun with this episode so I'm inviting you all to a midnight showing. I don't know the date yet, but it will be sometime near early July. What I will do is I will livestream and at midnight I'll post the link so you can either see it or download it - the movie, that is.

Italian artist Perdido has written an extensive review on the latest web-series THC that I am currently working on. The review is in Italian however throwing it into a translator does the job. Perdido is quite kind with his review, and he also hits on a few subjects that I didn't even consider while making it. A big thank you.

For those who don't know, Perdido is the creator of Bear Degeneration, a highly erotic serial cartoon about a fleet of Bears in space dealing with all kinds of horrible adversaries. Bear Degeneration is initially in Italian with 21 episodes so far, and we've been working at translating the series into English with 16 episodes translated so far, which you can read here.

Getting back to the web-series - THC is short for 'The Horsemen Chronicles', and the 1st episode is called 'Extortion ~ Bear Style'. So far we find out that Roger is being blackmailed for some 'expletive' photos that Gary has possession of and is asking Roger to hand over some money if he wishes to keep this a secret. Roger is initially surprised about the whole ordeal, yet tables can always turn in any situation, and Roger demonstrates this by showing that he in no way wishes to be the victim.

Episode 2 - 'In The Forest' - should be ready in a few weeks. We'll learn a bit more about the mysterious character who's walking about in the woods with his dogs, and we'll also see what Roger does to Gary for trying to extort money from him. Stay tuned.

Just how on Earth can 2 handsome Bearish men like Gary and Roger be mixed up in something as horrible as extortion? These good looking Bears might look sweet and innocent, yet there is something fierce and furious behind their angelic faces. Welcome to the wonderful world of blackmail - and just when you thought Bears was all about bowling, Bear runs, pageants and Bear soup. Not anymore...

Extortion ~ Bear Style is Episode I of an internet series that I decided to work on. The show is called THC which stands for 'The Horsemen Chronicles'. I am not going to divulge the overall plot since revealing too much will have it lose its novelty, I think.

Episode I is just over 10 minutes and it took me 3 weeks to make (and that's almost full time). I don't know how long each Episode is going to take to create, nor how long each Episode will be, but I will do my best in putting them out as fast as humanly possible. I am but one lil' Bear admirer here working on this, so please be patient as I work on this project. Please not that I have zero schooling when it comes to editing, directing, acting, filming, etc., so everything is a learning process as well which also slows things down, unfortunately.

In this Episode, you meet Roger (galleries - TubeBear) and Gary (galleries) and you also briefly meet me, Bobby (TubeBear) who is this mysterious guy walking around in the woods with 2 blond German Shepherds - Drako 'n Sasha.

Please note that this first Episode is PG in comparison to the other movies that are in the Video section. I am still in the process of piecing the complete story together, yet be on the lookout for more fantasy with time.

Windows 7 is proving to be the best thing that Microsoft has ever produced. It's super fast, light on the processor, and networking has never been easier. I can actually foresee Windows 7 converting many of those who dislike computers into potential PC junkies (ok, maybe not junkies, but at least they will find their computing experience pleasurable). Microsoft has done a very good job at making computing easy.

Last year, I bought Roger a computer with Vista on it. Since I work on XP, I felt that I should at least stay up to date with the latest OS (at the time), and although a lot of people disliked Vista, it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be. This year, I decided to get myself a new computer, so right now I'm working on a XP box and a 7 box. We even decided to change the look of our office since we've got 3 computers.

Roger wasn't a big fan of Vista but he never complained, however once I upgraded his PC to Windows 7, all he does is smile now - and there's nothing better than a smiling hubby Bear.

[Members - click here] Firstly, the movie I'm working on "Extortion ~ Bear Style" is taking a wee bit longer for me to finish (Why? Editing is seriously long, need to update PlanetBears, working on TubeBear 2.o - and in between all that, I try and find the time to cuddle Roger.

Ahh, yes, Roger (TubeBear profile). He is the star in the movie and he's more than just a star in my life. However - since I didn't have the movie for you guys this week, I went through my photo collection and saw there were a few sets that I still hadn't put up online here at the PlanetBears galleries. Some of these photos date back from 2007 when Roger and I were working on the BearFoot site we never got around to opening up (articles), so yes, many of these photos are 'feet' intensive, yet there's also a lot of body shots as well (I like Roger's feet, but I like the rest of Roger too just as much). And I also realized that there are now over 2000 photos of Roger alone. I don't think there's many Bear sites out that can say they have 2000 photos of just one good looking guy. This is what happens when you marry a photographer.

I (Bob Forrest - TubeBear profile) am getting over a cold... I'm better, thx. I got it from my loving partner, Roger (gallery ~ TubeBear), who most likely picked it up at the nursing home he's a chef at. Love is all about sharing, right?

IT WAS NOT H1N1 (CNN article - video). I did not panic when the sniffles and sore throat came. I did not have Swine Flu (thank God). I just stayed home and felt miserable.

It's the 2nd annual 'Monsieur Bear Montréal' contest (poster), hosted by the 'Woof Bistro & Bar' (website - articles - TubeBear). Last year I was there with TubeBear rooting for my partner Roger (galleries - TubeBear) who took runner up. The event will be taking place on Saturday, September 5th. And guess what... there's still room if you wish to compete for the title. Take a look at this video from last year's contest, and here's another promotional video for the Woof bar.

Roger (galleries) and I (Bob) have been up north at the cottage for the past 3 weeks on vacation. But like all good things, the vacations are coming to a close. I gotta say, the time went by extremely fast and it's a little hard to believe our vacations are almost over. Inclusively, Roger has been doing a ton of renovations, so not only did the time fly by, but we didn't spend all that much time together to boot.

Fortunately, we got in some photos as well as some videos. I have some great footage of Roger donning in his blue Spanks swimwear (website - TubeBear) and a pair of white socks. I decide to add a little yellow rope to the equation, and wow we've got some terrific pics and flicks of Roger.

We will be back in town Wednesday so that is when I will be able to upload the photos as well as the video. Being up north at the country place, my connection right now is at a whopping 44.0k, so it would take me all day (and all night) just to upload all this material to the website's server, so my good PlanetBears members, a little patience. He had a day off so instead of running around town or seeing friends, we decided to stay in and just spend some alone time together. Roger was looking just too cute with his new haircut so I grabbed my camera and snapped a bunch of fun shots, a bit of handcuff action too, over 125 shots in all.

Roger has been working a lot lately. He's the cook at a private nursing home. However he now has 3 weeks off, and Roger 'n I have decided were going to take some more interesting shots, so keep an eye out for some more shots of Roger, hopefully more bondage (how ever did all that rope get around you). Roger is looking mighty fine, and since he's turned 50 he's found a new lease on life. So for the month of August, we'll be focusing a lot of our attention on getting some interesting shots of the hubster.

Over the past while I've been heading over to the Woof Bistro & Bar (website - articles) in Montreal (Wiki) to do some filming and participating. I myself don't drink, but that doesn't stop me from going and having a good time: they also have food and they make a mean Virgin Caesar.

I filmed the first Bear contest ever in our wonderfully culturally diverse city ~ 'Monsieur Bear Montréal' '08 (video) with Robert Pettigrew taking the title and my cutest hubby on the planet, Roger (galleries ~ profile) came runner up (I am seriously proud of Roger for competing and having fun - video from the aftermath and afterthoughts of the contest). We even livestreamed the event on TubeBear. We've attended their Bearotic - a party they have once a month. We've eaten there, we've met up with friends there, and we even held our memorial party for our friend Jacques aka PandaMontreal there (video - an event hosted by UpBear (website - profile). And right now, with summer in full swing, you can hang out on the patio since the main drag - Ste. Catherine street - is open to pedestrians allowing shops and restaurants to extend their goods.

So all this time I've been filming stuff here and there, and I decided to put together this 7 minute video for Paul (profile), the shop owner of the Woof Bar & Bistro. Turn it up if you like Madonna vs. ABBA (a remix by Offer Nissim).

The updates have been a little slim the past while, and that is due to us doing renovations... actually... correction... Roger (gallery - profile) and his brothers are doing the renovating while I (Bob - profile) mostly get out of the way... well... I kinda help by cleaning up and getting the drinks... important stuff like that.

Actually, the time we're up north, it's been giving me time to write. I'm working on my 2nd book (the 1st one - Surrogate Son - isn't published), and far up in Canadian country without an internet connection has truly been proving to be the perfect atmosphere to work on the novel.

However the renovations to the country place are pretty much done, finally. Roger's project has been months in preparation and we're finally beginning to see the results - and wow - what a great job they've done. And this also means our lives will be back on schedule somewhat... which just means I'll be on the computer more... I think... unless I get the urge to work on the book, even in town... like now... ok later...

Now I've mentioned this before: these photos were done for a site which we were working on - BearFoot - yet we didn't have the time to work on a 3rd site (for more about BearFoot - click here). So in these sets you're going to see a lot of Roger's feet and him tied up. And say hi to Roger - visit his profile.

[Members - click here] In this update, I added 3 videos of Roger (gallery - profile) from his collection. Once again, these are videos that were made with BearFoot.com in mind (previous update), however we realized we didn't have the manpower to work on BearFoot as well as PlanetBears and TubeBear, so all the videos that we shot for BearFoot are slowly making their way over to the PlanetBears Video page.

They are short videos of Roger in bondage - hogtied - leather restraints - hand and leg cuffs - blindfolded. There's a bit of tickling and tugging, and in one of the video, his boyfriend (that's me - Bob Forrest) decides to take advantage of the situation that Roger is tied up so I chew on his feet. Even tied down, he puts up a hell of a fight, and he's got strong legs. Unfortunately this video of Roger and I is a bit short, however we will definitely work on others if there is an interest.

My partner, Roger (galleries - profile) turned 50. It has been a very busy couple of weeks for Roger 'n I, Bob (profile). At first I didn't plan a thing. We said we'll just up north for his birthday and relax by the lake. But then I got to talking to some of his family members about a potential party, so I began organizing one for him.

Initially, I was just going to invite his family, but then I started invited some of Roger's longtime friends. I then asked my buddy Eric (galleries - profile) if he'd be interested in cooking. Finally, I invited my family as well. So what was going to be a small party at first, well, we ended up with quite a few people.

I also got the idea of making a movie about Roger's life. This took up all my time for a full week (gathering the photos and the videos then narrating the whole thing... in French no less). I finished the movie just in time, and wow did everyone like it. One has to delegate quite carefully when one talks about 'Bearhood' to family... and in-laws as well...! But that's how Roger and I met - thru the internet. He came to have his pictures taken and the rest is history.

Well the movie was well received, and seeing everyone enjoying the flick was definitely a highlight for me, however there were quite a few 'great' moments that evening. There was an incredible cake made by his best friend Marie, and Eric had made the best 5 course meal I had ever seen and tasted (and I believe it was the best 5 course meal for many of our guests there as well). Everyone just loved the meal.

And lastly, we all chipped in and got Roger a gift - a gift certificate for RONA (the Canadian version of Home Hardware). Since Roger is doing a ton of renovations to his homes, it was the smartest gift I could think of.

All in all, it was a very good time, but just planning this event and making the movie took me away from pretty much everything. I haven't updated the site in over 10 days, however things are back to normal, so it's back to work, and I'm catching up.

So happy birthday once again, my handsome Roger. You look hotter every day.

[Members - click here] Roger (galleries - profile) and I (Bob - profile) were planning on opening up another site - BearFoot. The site was pretty much ready to go however we realized that neither of us had the time to dedicate to another website.

Altho we didn't open the site, the good news is that we did take a lot of pictures and videos for BearFoot. I have already added many of the photos (which you can see here on PlanetBears in Roger's section of the Galleries), however now I am starting to go thru all of the videos that we did. And what I have decided to do is to add a new short video every now and then to the PlanetBears' Video page, so if you're a foot lover, or if you're a fan of Roger, then these little videos should be a treat (and if you're a fan of Roger's feet - well it's almost like winning the jackpot).

This is the 1st in the BearFoot series, and I will try to add a new one as often as possible. Now these videos do not focus solely (souly?) on Roger's feet; you will get to see a lot of Roger as well, however the general theme is Roger's feet... you get the idea. In today's video, you will see me tie Roger's ankles, then his knees, then his toes. It's 9 and a 1/2 minutes long. In the next one video I will add, Roger will be tied up again, and I tickle him by chewing on his meaty dogs. Keep an eye out for that one.

Last weekend, the Montreal based 'Woof Bar & Bistro' (website - articles) had their very first 'Party Bearotica', and TubeBear was there to capture the whole thing on digital celluloid.

The place was packed with some truly incredible good looking men, and since Woof bar is catering to the Bear community, there were some really really hot guys there that night. Alongside all the goodness, there were some pretty neat shows. They had an underwear modeling show and an S&M show. There was also a vernissage and there was a booth in which people could get free tattoos.

I (Bob Forrest - profile) had a corner by the DJ booth and my partner Roger (galleries - profile) was there to help me for the evening. The biggest surprise for me was seeing Frank aka aBearLover2 (galleries - profile) who came up from New Jersey (Frank was one of the first guys I photographed). Frank whooped it up like it was the end of ages, dancing away in his red jockstrap. I was livestreaming the event for TubeBear so all those who were logged in got to see Frank's super freaky disco moves.

There was also Jacques aka PandaMontreal (galleries - profile) who got himself a tattoo, and altho I didn't see them for very long, I saw Eric Z. (galleries - profile) and his buddy Dave aka Cumalotts (galleries - profile). However, I didn't get to talk to anyone for too long as I was also filming the event alongside the livestreaming. I still have to sort thru the video yet I should hopefully have some footage online soon.

Owner of the bar Paul Blouin (profile) is informing us that he plans on hosting 'Party Bearotica' twice a month - every other Saturday. One of the Saturdays will be opened to the public while the other will be a private party (to get coupons, email Paul or pick them up at the bar).

[Members - click here] Roger (profile) has been a huge source of inspiration for me, and it's official, there are more photos of Roger on PlanetBears than any other Bear (it was Sylvain aka TeddyBear (galleries) who had the most pics with 1139 pics yet Roger now has 1315 photos).

These photos were taking during the fall of 2007 and they have never been online anywhere, not here nor on the now defunct BearFoot. In this update there are 4 new sets with over 200 pics. Also, there is an emphasis on Roger's feet. This is because back in 2007, Roger and I were working on BearFoot, but we realized that running a 3rd site (BearFoot, PlanetBears and TubeBear) was just too much work. Nevertheless, we did a lot of the legwork for BearFoot and we took a lot of photos of Roger barefoot, bound... a lot of close-ups and different angled shots focusing on his feet.

That being said, there's also a lot of full body shots, and I added a set of what I consider some of the best photos of Roger that I ever took - him on a beach in beautiful Charlevoix, Quebec.
