The site which these comics are found is an old site... no I'm not referring to its name - ChubOld... but that this site has been around since 1999 and I don't think they've updated it since (I'm almost being facetious, yet I remember this site from '99, and it hasn't changed one bit).

However, this Manga Comic page is really interesting just to peruse. They mention that you can order copies of the full comics, and that you can even request that the characters be bearded or not... yet I really don't know how valid this offer is. Nevertheless, most of these comics consist of bigger guys getting tied up and tortured, a common theme it seems in a lot of Japanese Bear drawings. Yet not all of these comics are BDSM related. Some are little love affairs between bigger and smaller, older and younger... yet some dwell into the religious, even to the point of being a little 'off...' with their subject matter.

This is another article in my series of 'where have the artists gone to...? Click here to see some drawings by Chris Taylor, a highly defined muscular, intelligent, witty and seriously hot looking Bear (pic #1 ~ pic #2).

The last I heard from him, Chris was doing was working on some comic books. This was back in '03, and I've sent him a couple of emails since but those emails have turned into cyberdust. A highly talented guy, gorgeous and menacing at the same time, because I met Chris Taylor way back in '00 (or '01) at this Bear Icons show. At the time, I was trying to get a 'Bear Mall' open with 2 other guys yet it fell thru, however Chris did some drawings (Bear Foot guy- and his boots). He also made me a BearPress guy (since the site I was running back then was called BearPress - pic #1 - pic #2). I hope all is well and I hope he's still drawing husky men because Chris sure had a knack for it.

It's been awhile since we posted a cartoon by the cute and cuddly artist known as PIBear (articles).

This is his 11th cartoon he's sent and you can see it here. To see all of his cartoons, check out his TubeBear profile ~ and you'll also see a recent pic of him sporting some leather... all I can say is wow, PIBear has changed over the years. He's also lost 100 pounds in the past year or so. I could show you some pics of him when he was at his biggest however he'd probably not want me to so I won't, however I know it would turn on all your Chubby Chasers because even with all that extra weight, he was extremely handsome, however he's just as good looking now in his slimmed down version.

Here's a new cartoon from the seriously handsome blond graying husky hunky Daddy Bear known as PIBear. How do I know he's cute and blond and husky... and all that...? Well PIBear is a friend of mine, altho he's living in Toronto now and I'm in Montreal, so we're just long distance buddies and we don't get to see much of each other these days, but he sends me a new toon every now and then and they keep getting cuter and cuter - like today's cartoon - how to explain things to your straight friends... could take hours.

It seems that PIBear is starting to get a little notoriety which is a good thing because he's as cute as the cartoons he's been sharing with us.

He has informed me that he's been working out quite a bit lately - doctor's orders - so he's turning out to be one hot Daddy Bear. His domain name is ebith.com - the front page says Ebisen and in his blog, he signs his pics as Ebisubashi... a Japanese artist of many names however his artwork is truly truly excellent.

Some of his drawings have a Bear anime like quality to them, then there are some which are super classy and reminiscent a bit to Go Fujimoto's work of JapanimationBears, and then he has a whole thing for husky Bears in bondage. Definitely take the time to look through his illustrations and check out some of his comics as well. I just love this guy's work.

Last we left Andy's gang over at Bear With Me: Paul - seeing red - stormed thru the Phoenix bar with a glare that would scare even Hussein's ghost. Paul's mission? To take care of some business in the washroom. Now, to be honest, I'm not really sure what's going on but it looks like something big and fiery just 'splorted' on Tony's shoulder. Splorted? Yes, splorted. Actually, I might use that word the next time I want to snag me a Bear ~ 'Your splort or mine'... or not.
