It was just the other day that we announced that Bigg Nugg announced his new album "Nugget Volume I (website - MySpace page - TubeBear profile). This seriously handsome Bear Cub is showing he has what it takes to be a serious musician. Just check out his MySpace page to hear a really interesting track from his upcoming album.

Here's some news from Nugget himself: "I am getting ready to start looking into venues, promoters, and events in Europe and Australia for my 2009 Nugget World Tour. There will be some very limited USA shows due to the extreme gas prices here. But they are sure to be very intense shows from Bigg Nugg. Stay posted for those possibly in late 2008. We are looking at late spring / summer 2009 for the Nugget European Tour, and the Aussie's Pride season for the Australian Tour. If you know of any venues, booking agents, promoters, sponsors, etc., please message me".

The new album and DVD is now available on pre-sale at GayMusicUSA.com and will be available later this fall through all digital distribution outlets.

Here in Canada, we're just starting our summer season while on the side of the world, in Australia, they are now enjoying their winter ~ altho I doubt their winter is anything like ours in Canada. But just why am I talking about the seasons...? Simply because I found some pics of Sylvain, aka TeddyBear (Gallery) from February '06, pics I never got around to adding (because they are a little boring, to be honest) and altho it's warm and sunny and muggy here, I decided to add them today.

You can see these pics here. It's just pics of TeddyBear walking around a small town that's built on a frozen lake, a city for fisherman. Some of the huts are pretty 'out there'.

It is the first site completely dedicated to older men and their admirers. It's the dead of winter here in Canada, there's literally 5 feet of snow outside my window and all I think about all day is some hot Australian beach with even hotter looking Bearish men wearing really tight Spank swimsuits... this is true, there's not one word of a lie that I've written.

I also need to accredit JOHNcc and Peter for having his trunks show up in the preview like that.

It's time to check in on the rounds of podcasts done by Bears. The last time was just over a month ago (article here) - so let's see what all them handsome men with the sexy voices have been up to.

Starting with Australia's Bears in the City - they've made 3 since I last spoke about them, bringing them #18. Over at BTalk, they've been very busy, adding 5 more, now up to #108. Moving on over to Foul Monkeys, they have been working hard as well, giving us another 6 shows bringing their count up to #128.

Now time to go over to BearZero (TubeBear profile) - a video podcast done by the American Bad Bear Studios guys (who have been working hard on their site - good stuff). They too have been hard at work offering 2 new shows, #9 and #10.

Where were we... oh yes... we must never forget Nard (TubeBear profile) and BearPodCast... he's done an incredible 8 shows in the past month. Nard told me he is trying to get in 2 shows a week. Wild. He's up to #164.

There is also a new podcaster - you might remember him as the co-pilot to BearPodCast - his nick being ExcaliBear - well he's now flying solo with his own show called Roy Can Has Podcast. He has 5 shows so far. And he nows has a co-pilot, his nick being BhreBear.

It's time that we get to know JOHNcc and his partner Peter just a little better. Firstly, check out his website JOHNcc.com and from there you can take a gander at this very handsome looking couple. You'll also get to know a little bit more about them - they are now in Australia and they got legally married in Toronto. I've been constantly behind lately when it comes to mentioning the Bear podcast shows. The reason for this is pretty simple ~ I have been working on dialup for the past couple of months which means I just haven't been able to download all the podcasts that have been recently made. Is that a good enough excuse...?

First off, congratulations to BTalk for reaching their 100th episode. Since my last time I mentioned the podcast (back on September 5th - article here), the men from Minnesota had posted #98... they are now at #101.

Now over to BearPodCast with Nard (TubeBear profile) - looks like he has a new partner named Ray... with new episodes #150 thru #152 including VLogs.

Moving along, you have the Australian cast who make up the Bears in the City gang - they have added episode #14 and #15.

More workhorses - Ricky (TubeBear profile) and his partner Herbe who make up Foul Monkeys - they have added episodes #114 thru #117 including some video podcasts.

Starting with BearPodCast - Nard (TubeBear profile) has been really busy since the last time I posted about the podcasts. The last time I mentioned his show, he was at #140. He has done 9 shows since then. The man is a machine. Head on over to his site and listen to his shows from Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin.

Grab a plane and fly around the world to Australia, or just visit the Bears in the City website. Since the last mention, they have done 2 shows - episode #12 (download here) and episode #13 (download here).

And the only one who don't call themselves Bears but rather Foul Monkeys, their host Ricky is definitely a Bear (TubeBear profile) and since the last time I mentioned their show, they have casted 2 new episodes - episode #106 (download here) and episode #107 (download here).

It's time to catch up with the latest podcasts done by Bears all around the world. Beginning down under, head on over to Bears in the City, the Australian podcast. (Taking a deep breath...) Last time I mentioned the Foul Monkeys they were celebrating their 100th episode (and they called my site BearTube when it's actually TubeBear... just feel like making them feel a bit more guilty). Well the Monkeys have a brand new looking site... looks great, and they are now working on their next 100, with episode #101 (download here) and episode #102 (download here).

And one more for you, this is a new one for me, it's called BearZERO which is brought to you by AmericanBadBear Studios and this month they have upped #5... and check out their video for the show, it is excellent.

You'll need more than one pot of coffee to go through all those, but make sure to pour 2 cups because these shows are way more fun to listen to with a cute friend while you're all snuggly like in a big couch or in bed.

It's just around the corner - Southern HiBearNation, an event hosted by the VicBears of Melbourne, Australia. Around the corner...? Yup, this upcoming week (yup, a full week) from June 18th thru to the 24th.

From their site: "Southern HiBearnation is the largest Bear event in the Southern Hemisphere, over 500 Bears attend the week, culminating in the Mr. Australasia Bear Contest 2007, which sees bear contestants from all over Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific and South-east Asia compete for the National Title of Mr. Australasia Bear 2007".

First, go way down under to grab the Australian Bears in the City podcast ~ 4 cute Aussies (they were 5 but they lost one) with their cute accents chatting about all kinds of stuff. It's podcast #6 and you can download it here.

Now heading all the way back to North America, check out Nard's BearPodCast with co-star ExcaliBear. Nard is live at BearWatch. Nard is better than Heroes. Download cast #125 here.

I was listening to the latest BTalk episode and they started talking about a 'rival' podcast from 'down under' ~ a show called Bears in the City hosted by 5 Australians mates: Julian, John, Dominic, Craige and Seumas.

The similarity is that they have 5 guys hosting their show as does BTalk, however the big difference is that BTalk keeps pumping out the podcasts while Bears in the City seemed to have stopped posting their show after 3 episodes (last show posted back on January 15th). There's nothing on their site stating whether they plan on doing more shows or if that's it, they've called it quits and they'll never do another show again... however... if you're in the mood to hear some cute Aussie accents for over an hour as these guys discuss about everything and anything, then head on over and download the episodes they have posted.

Let's travel all the way over to Australia and visit Mr. MancerBear's website, an artist who's Bear artwork is sharp, alive, sexy, erotic... all that and more.

MancerBear (bio) is a professional artist and illustrator who has had his work published in German Bear, Uniform, American Bear, Euro-Bear, XtraInches, HairyBoyz and Fisting Central. MancerBear is very good at grabbing that potential masculinity a husky man has to offer. That's what I see in his work. On the Harbour City Bears' website, they are counting down the days to their upcoming Bear Essentials run, and there's only 46 days left ~ which means the event will be happening from February 27th thru March 4th. Bear Essentials is now in it's 11th year and it is the annual run held in Sydney, Australia which leads up to their Mardi Gras parade. Check out their site for all the info to sign up for what looks like a super time in a magical land.

The Harbour City Bears are making plans for their 11th Bear Essentials, a Bear run held in Sydney, Australia that leads up to their Mardi Gras parade and party. As they mention, "highlights include the extremely popular UnderBear party, a dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour by night, the Bear soup of the pool party and it all culminates in the Bear entry in the Mardi Gras parade and party". All this takes place from February 27th thru March 4th.
