First off - my apologies I should have posted this last week (I'm catching up... it's a long story). Anyhow, I received my copy of BEAR Magazine (website - articles - profile) issue #67 (cover), the new and improved BEAR that has been taken over by Bear Omnimedia (website - interview), the same guys who give you ButchBear. On the cover is Rich McGunn (photo). Pick up a subscription from their site or grab a copy off the rack at your friendly adult content provider.

Pinups (website - articles - profile), the magazine that "exists in book form but can be taken apart and then tiled together to reveal a life-size image", is releasing their latest issue #9 (cover - and wow is their cover model uber duber cute) and are planning a launch on June 20th at the Silverman Gallery in San Francisco, CA, followed by a party at The Cinch.

My apologies for not posting this sooner. I've received my copy of the mag at least 10 days ago so this news is coming to you a little late - anyhow - go get yourself the latest copy of BEEF magazine (website - articles - cover - profile). It's issue #42, the magazine is in full colour now, and you can order your own subscription from their site or grab one at your local adult vendor.

The question is... are you a Bear...? You should be able to reply - 'yes... I am a Bear... I'm an AMBear'. Actually, I have no clue what the AM stands for in AMBear because here is yet again another excellent site and magazine in a language I'm not fluent in.

The group is called Ursos do Paraná, a Bear group in Brazil, and first off they have an excellent site which is Portuguese. But these guys have gone one step further. For the past 5 years they have been putting out this magazine called AMBear, and lately they have been putting this magazine online in PDF format (check out their download section), and you can see the covers to all their issues since 2005 here. It's very cool, tons of photos for guys like me who can't read Spanish. Overall it's an excellent e-magazine, and to be honest I'm not sure if it's available as a real magazine because I wasn't able to find anything that resembled a subscription page, but I could be wrong.

I just received in the mail issue #66 of BEAR Magazine (website - front cover - back cover - articles - profile). This is the 2nd issue published by Bear Omnimedia once they acquired the BEAR trademark, and this issue is even better looking than their 1st. There's a ton of good looking guys, with Tober Brandt on the cover, and this issue has a centerfold for you to flip open.

In other news, they were initially planning on coming out with an issue every 6 months. They have decided to double the goodness so expect to see 4 issues every year.

I received my copy of BEEF magazine last week, issue #41 (cover) for February/March. BEEF (website - articles - profile) is now in full cover and this issue is just as hot as all the others. From their site, they state that they apologize for the delay when it came to shipping #41 because they have switched to a new printer (I gather since they went full cover), and that they are still working out the 'kinks' with this new partnership. Anyhow, I got my copy, and it's looking good.

I just received my copy of the latest BearParty Magazine website - cover - articles - profile), created by CyberBears. A great digest you can almost fit in your back pocket (almost, but not quite). It's filled with articles and photos and there are also listings of upcoming Bearish events. You can pick up your copy at your local Bear bar, and if they don't have a copy there you can make request for them to send it to their bar. You can also subscribe via their site.
